It's not by Lovecraft. Y'Golonac is one of Ramsey Campbell's additions to the mythos. He often walks among men in the form of an overweight man carrying a book titled the Thirteenth volume of the Revelations of Glaaki,tho of different origin than the other 12 volumes. But don't antagonize him ...

My copy of "Cold Print" where the above comes from, is garbled at one point: a man is running down a dark passage chased by a gigantic glowing figure with no head. It seems to be dislocated from somewhere else....the action is taking place in Y'Golonac's bookstore.

Take care NOT to think bad thoughts when reading his name ...

Um, at the risk of sounding noobish, it's actually Ramsey Campbell's. He introduced Ygo (as I like to call him) in his short story "cold Print".
